15-Year-Old Tian Jun and Regional Pro Brian O’Donovan Qualify for SJM Macao Open 2025
Launched last year to nurture emerging golfing talent, this year’s SJM Macao Open Qualifier Tournament saw 15-year-old Hong Kong, China representative squad member Ethan Tian Jun and regional professional Brian O’Donovan secure coveted spots in the SJM Macao Open 2025. The duo finished as the top two players in the one-day, 18-hole Gross Stroke Play competition held at the Macau Golf & Country Club. The qualifier offers two places in the main tournament, scheduled for 16–19 October 2025.

Two of China’s brightest golfing stars—major champion Yin Ruoning and beloved homegrown talent Lily Muni He—have confirmed their participation in the Aramco China Championship, set to take place from November 6–8, 2025, at the iconic World Cup Course, Mission Hills Resort Shenzhen. The event marks the grand finale of the 2025 PIF Global Series, the rebranded and elevated global circuit of the Ladies European Tour (LET).

Major Champions to Headline Field at Link Hong Kong Open 2025
The list of Major champions competing in this year’s Link Hong Kong Open has been added to significantly – ensuring one of the strongest fields in its history.
South Africans Louis Oosthuizen and Charl Schwartzel, Martin Kaymer from Germany, and Graeme McDowell from Northern Ireland will all tee it up at the Hong Kong Golf Club, Fanling, from October 30 to November 2.
